Quest For Kids™ defines mentoring as a goal driven activity under the stewardship of an adult. For students in Quest For Kids™, gaining a college degree is the goal.

Grade specific curriculum helps students discover their strengths, enhance academic performance, improve study skills, and explore college and career options. The team approach benefits Quest students by generating an open dialog which encourages the sharing of ideas and goals while fostering a long-term support system.

Whether it's Quest Alumni returning to share their first-hand experiences of college life or a math-wiz willing to tutor a fellow student, peer mentoring and tutoring has become a Quest tradition. Students find it less intimidating working with a peer when they experience difficulty in a particular subject. And, in addition to reinforcing their skill level, the student tutor earns community service hours which enhances his/her college application.
